Is there anything better than sitting on the sofa, watching TV with snacks? Well probably yes but snacks are important to me! I tend to stick to and eat a lot of Gluten-Free snacks as I struggle with my stomach & digestion.
So here is my guide to GF snacks (all picked up in Tesco)
- Eat Real Quinoa Chips – If you love quavers, you will love these! The quinoa chips are sour cream & chive flavour and are suitable for vegans. They contain very little sugar however, the fat content is slightly higher than I would like but they are delicious!

- Tesco Free From Onion Rings – These are UNREAL! Quite high in fats & salt but you deserve these once in a while! I honestly haven’t tasted gluten free crisps like these!
Retailing at £1.00 for a 150g pack
- Nomo Creamy Choc Bar – The best I’ve ever tasted. Not only is it free from gluten, but it’s free from dairy, egg, nuts and is also vegan. This is so creamy for a free-from chocolate bar and I’m all for it! The only downside is the high-calorie content. Perfect for a once a week treat though.
Retailing at £0.90 for a 38G bar
- Tesco Finest Free From Triple Chocolate Cookies – You wouldn’t be able to tell these cookies from ones containing gluten. These cookies are gluten & wheat free and are extremely high in fat, saturates & sugars but taste unreal!
