It’s been six weeks since we were told to stay indoors and I have at least another 6 to go as I’m at ‘high risk’ of contracting COVID19. So I thought I’d put a post together for you guys who’re in the same boat as me just to highlight how I’ve been coping so far and what I’ve been doing to pass the time.
One of the biggest things I think has played a huge part in me enjoying my days is applying makeup and getting ready as normal. I hate looking like a slum so this has really helped keep my mental health at bay whilst stuck in. I also like to plan my day so I know exactly what I’m doing. I feel this helps amazingly….if it wasn’t for a planner, I’d probably spend my days sitting in pyjamas and doing nothing productive.
I’ve booked myself onto a lot of online courses to help widen my knowledge in certain areas such as Law (which I’ll be studying at uni in September) and beauty….different ends of the scale I know. These courses have kept me so busy and the best part…I’ll be receiving a certificate at the end of it! Of course along with keeping myself busy & entertained, I have been having chore days but that’s an obvious one so I don’t think I need to go into detail too much.
