When it comes to sunglasses, I’m not usually fussed about ‘brands’. I usually just pick up any old pair of cheap ones I find in Primark. That was until the start of last month, when I popped into the Sunglass Hut at Cheshire Oaks and decided it was time for an expensive pair.
I’ve always had a super-thin structured face so I find it hard finding styles that suit my face shape. I love the aviator style but the aviator doesn’t like me so I ended up opting for these gorgeous Ray-Ban babies.

Are Ray-Ban sunglasses really that good?
Now we’ve all heard of Ray-Ban and they have so many amazing strong metal-glass styles on offer which is great. One thing I didn’t actually know though is that all of their sunglasses are unisex, with all their styles suiting both men and women.
After trying on multiple pairs, I ended up with the ‘Round Metal Classics’ as I found these suited my face shape so much more than the others. They sit nicely on the bridge of my nose and my brows are still visible which I like. Another thing…..they don’t hurt your nose or feel uncomfortable when worn all day.

Onto the cost….these were PRICEY for a pair of sunnies but I wanted them so I could justify the money. They cost £131 which I never thought I’d pay for a pair of sunglasses but here I am! I suppose it’s not so bad when you know they’re good quality and are going to last for years to come, but still very expensive.
If you require a new pair of sunnies or just want to treat yourself, I can highly recommend Ray-Ban for you. I will definitely be purchasing another pair once I feel the time is right.
